Read a little about the history of the friendship of Mendelssohn with Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, and the precedent-setting choice of Mendelssohn’s “Wedding March” at the wedding of Princess Victoria and Prince Frederick. My article “Mendelssohn’s Wedding March: A Brief History” is available in the Winter edition of Vermont Bride Magazine, available free of charge all over Vermont. I had a wonderful time browsing web sites to find pictures for this article, and wanted to share a few more here of Princess Victoria and Prince Frederick’s wedding.<\/p>\n
