\nHere’s a middle school duo – we’ll be starting a middle school ensemble rehearsal series on October 9th!<\/p>\n
Ensembles are gearing up for fall rehearsals, so I thought I’d catch up on some pictures from last spring’s performance in my studio. It was an informal event, but with lovely performances – including my advanced adult student trio performing both the Beethoven “Trio fur drei floten” and a movement from a Walckiers trio.<\/p>\n
This year, we’ll be starting out with Boismortier’s flute trio No. 1 – beginning next week – September 28!<\/p>\n

\nWe also had a few solos for this performance – my husband Robert and I transformed my studio into a stage with the help of a curtain rod and curtain and a few boards. I’m still so excited to have such a lovely room with the capacity to be so versatile!<\/p>\n
