Introducing “Turidae” Trio!  Our popular mother/daughter duo is now joined by my younger daughter Clara, violist par excellence. Turidae (pronounced too-ree-day, a variation on the word for the thrush family of songbirds) has been a mother/daughter
FVV700

duo of flute with harp and/or flute with violin performing for several years throughout Vermont. Now, in addition to our duo offerings, we also offer family trios of flute with violin and viola OR flute with viola and harp.

Here’s what Chris and Jessie have to say about our flute, viola, harp trio at their wedding in July 2014:
“The music was absolutely heavenly. Our guests keep talking about your talent. Thank you for helping to make our day so special!”

Here’s a flute/viola/harp trio to whet your appetite, the Celtic tune “I Love My Love in the Morning.”

And an arrangement of “Allegro con Spirito” from Kuhlau’s Sonatina Op. 55 No. 3, arranged for flute, violin and viola trio.

You can click here for a YouTube playlist of popular wedding choices – alternating between duo and trio offerings.

I’ll be updating this page with more info about Mariah and Clara – for now, you can click here for our flute/violin duo page or click here for our flute/harp duo page for more info about Mariah and our duo options.
