I’m very excited about a strong interest in a Suzuki Flute beginners group for this fall! Here are some “blast from the past” pictures I’ve been enjoying recently, from my earlier days of teaching.
I’ll be offering Suzuki group classes at both the beginner level (so far, ages 3 to 8 ) and the intermediate level (current students range from 8 to 12). Both groups will begin on Saturday morning September 17.
Group classes are one part of the Suzuki program of instruction. Students enrolled in Suzuki lessons attend one private lesson each week in addition to a group class (at the moment group classes happen approximately twice per month). Parents attend lessons with their children, taking notes and helping out at home to ensure that practice time is enjoyable and productive.
